Start with the product you want
Send product images, sketches, an existing sample or your design direction. It also helps to share the expected quantity, target quality, customization, budget range and timing if you already know them.
Derrick reviews the information first and asks the practical questions needed for that product category before beginning the supplier search.

Step two
Match suppliers and develop samples
Working with relevant category suppliers and sourcing contacts in local markets, we compare suitable options and organize useful information such as product images, specifications, quotations, minimum quantities and lead times around your requirements.
When customization is required, we coordinate with the supplier’s development team or suitable sample makers to clarify materials, colors, dimensions, logos, packaging, hardware and other product-specific details.

Step three
Bulk production and quality follow-up
After you approve the sample and order details, Derrick can coordinate the supplier confirmation, payment documents, production schedule and progress updates.
Where inspection is required, we work with quality control specialists and coordinate the checks against the approved sample and agreed requirements.
Support can continue with issue communication, packaging confirmation and shipping handover. The exact level of follow-up is agreed according to the order and its risks.
